We found Virtual Link Technologies through an online search after a great deal of frustration even trying to arrange installation
through the major retailers. I knew I was going to use Virtual Link Technologies as soon as I spoke with a senior field engineer
on the phone. He was clear, concise, and direct about how he was going to get the job done quickly and he followed through on
everything he said he was going to do. We arranged for an in-home consultation first, which was an extremely valuable and

Our firm hired Virtual Link Technologies to install a 52 inch LCD screen wall mounted with a sound system in the ceiling. All the
wires were hidden in the walls and ceiling. Installed a sound system with in-ceiling speakers. The work performed by Virtual
Link Technologies was meticulous. The job was completed on time and done to perfection. All the wires were completely
concealed in the ceiling and brought across the room to a cabinet with cable box, DVD player and a receiver. All the cuts were
done perfectly and clean. They also installed infrared (IR) system so that we can point remotes to the LCD screen and control
the cable box, DVD and a receiver inside of the cabinet. I would recommend this installation company to any individual or
business. Great job.

I was skeptical about the ability of anyone, even a premium service provider to hang my 54" plasma on a wall with questionable
strength utilizing articulating arm mount weighing around 60lb. After talking to a couple of installation service providers I chose
Gene - Virtual Link for the job. He clearly had the knowledge required for such a difficult and unique job. Not only did he get the
TVs up on the wall, he knew more than the contractors and the Verizon workers in my apt! Despite what looked like an
impossible job, the TVs are hung and they look incredible. Could not be happier and worth every penny. Definitely a perfect 10.
